How long do I have to wait for my 720p video?

HomeByMe uses a network of servers to handle the world wide render queue for all Small, HD, 360 renders and videos. We are constantly improving our services but from time to time we do get a huge surge of render and video requests. When this happens it takes a longer time for your 720p videos to go through the queue.

If you do not receive your videos by end of day, please let us know through the help menu and we will make sure your video is processing!

I want to share my 720p realistic video, how can I do?

We have many ways for you to share, from your project page or your media!

You have access to all the sharing options as well as download and delete. Responding to user feedback, when you share media it only shares that image, with no link back to the project or other media in that project. This is great for all our users so they can chose their best videos to share!
