Dassault Systèmes, developer and publisher of the online 3D space planning service named « HomeByMe » (the « Solution HomeByMe ») accessible through the website home.by.me, wishes to warn you about the existence of fraudulent websites pretending to be Dassault Systèmes.

Dassault Systèmes has, in particular, discovered the existence of the fraudulent website www.homebymeagency.com. Dassault Systèmes is currently taking all the necessary measures to obtain its closure. This website is, in no way, published by Dassault Systèmes or one of its partners.

This website is published by a malicious person, who has no authorization from Dassault Systèmes to publish a website using Dassault Systèmes’ trademarks and copyrights pertaining to the Solution HomeByMe.

If you receive e-mails or messages via WhatsApp (or any other instant messaging services) offering you a remote job and inviting you to create an account on the website www.homebymeagency.com or another website which is not home.by.me, with an invitation code (or not), please inform us so that we can take the necessary measures with the competent authorities. Please do not reply to this message: it is fraud and a phishing attempt.

Dassault Systèmes calls for the utmost vigilance. Please find below some advice to protect you from fraud and phishing attempt.

Any email or message received from an unknown person must alert you: Dassault Systèmes, including during a recruitment process, will not invite you to create an account on the Solution HomeByMe with an invitation code.

If you have a doubt on the authenticity of a message: please contact Dassault Systèmes’ support service at report@home.by.me who will be able to confirm, or not, its authenticity.

Remember to check the contact details of the people who contact you: their email address and their telephone number, because sometimes these details are not consistent (for example, the telephone number indicator comes from a country other than the one in which you live).

Remember also to check the address of the link in the email or message you receive. Fraudulent domain names usurp official domain names with very similar names.

Dassault Systèmes provides the Solution HomeByMe only through the website home.by.me: do not communicate your personal data on other websites than this one if you wish to use the Solution HomeByMe.

If you must choose a password, be sure to use different passwords and confidential codes on each of the websites you use.
