This is my house. In fact, it was bought 3 years ago. We renovated in two times. The first time we did the ground floor, this is my room with bath, shower, furniture and dressing in a room that has been condemned for this purpose. My cooking too. The parlor was the only lounge we had. We did the offices with the meeting room, that's where I work with Bruno. Then we created his son's room in the old garage. Last year, we did the floor, a small 2 rooms with terrace that we rent to neighbors when they have the world and where, we host friends. In the attic we built a second master suite for my family when she visits us. In September, I deposited the permit to create this extension of the house with this big living room. The kitchen is slightly enlarged, we will put these sliding workshop doors in separation and open a sliding bay by opening a wall because I think the kitchen was too dark. Next year hopefully, it will be the pool and its summer kitchen. Architecture is my job, I am an architect and Bruno is a project manager. I use Homebyme for the first development projects. Before I go through a construction software, where I draw a reliable plan. Then I finish with Homebyme and sometimes finish on more complicated projects with Vectorworks. Thank you for your support.
