an almost family house renovation study of 3 floors. the concept of the project is to create a familial getaway villa based on a real one which's divided to: 1st Floor: opened hallway to living room, 2 bedrooms, office, laundry and dining room combined with kitchen. 2nd Floor: master bedroom, 1 bedroom, 1 hobbies room, a large living room opened to a wide balcony with a nice mountain-scape view ( outdoor chill & mini cooking and bbq set ). 3rd Floor: a whole gym and cozy living built floor, pool balcony and lounging seats. ( additional note: full 360 view of down the hill and city ). Not to forget that the villa is built with a large back yard, major pool and lounge furnishings + 2 car parkings.
